have they completed the installation of refrigerators in all the rooms yet? We're set to leave at the beginning of November and DBF need to keep some meds refrigerated. I was just wondering if we'll still need to make a request on our reservation.

They're phasing them in gradually; I think they're telling you that you don't need to request them, because they should be there. If you DON'T have one, you just ask for one, and you will not be billed at any moderate or deluxe.

We had requested one on our original reservation (before they announced they would be standard), but when we got to the room, there was no fridge (and we had a load of perishables from the grocery store), so we asked our bell man and he called down from our phone and they were there before he had finished unloading our bags (and bags, and bags...yes, we tipped generously!). There was no charge though!

We will be at the CSR Nov 19-28th. I just called to up date our resv. and inquired about the refrigerators. The CM told me that he noted my resv for a refrigerator and that I could pay the $10 /night fee at check in. I told him I heard they were putting them in the rooms free of charge, and he told me that he had nothing official on that, and as far as he knew nothing has been done.

I called and asked about one at the WL. The CM told me that they were only installing them in the moderates right now and that it would be 10/per day at the WL. I could have sworn I saw something different on here a while back about the fridges being standard and free of charge in both the deluxes and mods. Wonder what's going on?
