LOL. I don't live in LA, San Fran, Boston or NY. 
No one has traffic like LA, right!
I'm not sure the GPS they have at the rental place is smart enough to avoid traffic jams. I can find the highways just fine, don't have a problem driving in CA, and actually find the highways well marked, etc. It's just the awful traffic!
