I totally get the health concerns! A few years ago, I was on 3 different immunosuppressants, so I was constantly on edge about how to stay healthy while living my life. I still flew, I still went on a cruise, I still went to Disneyland, just a lot more cautiously. Like you, I'm not willing to stop experiencing life just because I am sick. Would you be more comfortable if the bag checkers put on fresh gloves before touching your things? Most cast members would totally be willing to do that. Like others have said, some do a quick look-see and send you on your way, and others are much more in-depth. If I need to take my injections while I'm at the parks, I let the cast member know as soon as it's my turn. I also try to not take my bag with a million pockets because they always seem to go much more in-depth with those. And if your bag is stuffed full, they may make you unpack it.

I have never thought to ask for a glove change, thanks! That would alleviate my concerns. And hello fellow person living your life! It’s sometimes exhausting just asking questions as then I get asked why am I even doing xyz but xyz is what makes life joyful, as you seem to know.

You might want to consider a large clear tote bag or backpack if you don't need privacy for things you are bringing in! If they can see everything from the outside of the bag they likely won't need to touch and move things around? Plus minimize what you want to bring in.
