Speaking of thongs

Because I heard how comfortable thongs were, I bought a couple. I tried them - more than once - and found they really aren't comfortable at all. In fact, they are downright painful. I still have them, in case I ever need to wear something that doesn't show panty lines, otherwise I stick to bikinis. Bikinis are not my definition of "granny panties" - they can be sexy too. But in the long run, I am also fortunate to have a DH who loves me just as much if I'm wearing a thong or my flannel sweatpants and my fuzzy slippers.

does any body remember when thongs used to be a type of sandal?

Yeah, there’s a lot of room between thongs and granny panties! Plenty of things can be attractive AND comfortable. You won’t be seeing me doing or wearing anything uncomfortable in order to please a man. Of course, that may be why I’m single!

I may need to try the kimber79 theory though. I have a bunch of thongs and I keep thinking that maybe they’d be comfortable if I got used to them, but I haven’t been able tolerate them long enough to get used to them.

My h never cared what I wore under my clothes, just how fast he could get them off. Maybe if I had ever worn a thong he might have paused a second to look, but I doubt it.

Thongs, bikinis, granny undies... it really doesn't matter what my wife wears. When we're "in the mood", what she wears all looks the same piled up on the floor.

I love lingerie!! I wear thongs, bikinis, boy shorts, camisoles with matching tap pants. Heck, I even have a few Merry Widows. My DH loves them all (as well as my cute Nick and Nora flannel PJs). It's all about matching the lingerie with the outfit or the mood.

Meanwhile, for those who have had problems with comfort issues of thongs. You might want to try Victoria Secret's all cotton thongs. They're extremely comfortable and the cotton over silk and satin is healthier for you. I'm not even aware of it when I wear one anymore.
