if you want to get a constructin loan the amount of say 1/5 th amoutn the finished project would be worth - you want to know if there is going to be tile or surround crap in the 3rd bathroom?

I don't even know what DOOR I want and they want to know if I am going to put wood. lynolium, tile, or rug in my scrap room
