Speaking of bags, anyone try the Travelon?

I am really thinking of getting this and was hoping that someone here had first hand expierence with it. I'm a small purse person and this seemed to be the right fit for me.

I'll tell you, I have done some research and if you have a AAA membership they have them in their offices for $15! I'm going to check ours out on Saturday before I order them (getting one for me, my mom & granny).

I got the Travelon bag last year before my trip in October. The only thing I didn't like about it was the strap length. It wasn't quite long enough for my comfort. So, I cut the strap and velcored a piece of webbing (strap) on. I used it and it worked great. I'm planning to use it again for my next trip. I got mine in lime green.

Thanks for the reviews! Is the phone holder big enough to fit all styles? I have an older Nokia (non-flip style) and I am hoping it fits.

I love my bag. I got mine thru QVC.com for $21 because it came it with a ID holder. this bag holds alot more than what it looks.

I just ordered a Travelon bag from QVC, but no the one in the picture. The one I ordered is similar, but does not have the front flap that you have to lift up to open. Mine just has 2 zippered compartments that you reach down into so you don't have to hold a flap up while you are getting things out.
I hope they get some more in, it's on waitlist.

Do they sell these @ AAA Offices? I am getting my trip ticket from AAA Tues for our trip down on Friday here in Massachusetts. I have been obsessing over what bag to bring. This might be the answer I am looking for.

LOVE it! I bought one over a year ago for a trip we were taking...and wound up using it every single day since! I absolutely love it for traveling. I can put my digital camera in there too with no problems. I did make the mistake of buying the beige and it got dirty quickly. I bought a black one about 6 months ago and have used it every day since! There is a new style out by a different manufacture (and about $15 more) with a mesh water bottle holder that I've been eyeing. But this bag...I highly, highly recommend!

UPDATE:

I just got back from AAA. They do carry the bags and it is with their other travel items. They also have a smaller bag that does not have the phone holder on the outside but has a pocket on the inside. They also have the same bag without the phone pocket. With your AAA membership the smallest bag is $11.99 and the one I posted in my original post was $15. Without membership I believe it they are $15 and $21.

They are made of Microfiber so they will repel water.

There is a new style out by a different manufacture (and about $15 more) with a mesh water bottle holder that I've been eyeing. But this bag...I highly, highly recommend!
