I freeze cooked spaghetti squash! Just put it in baggies in the portion I want and freeze. It does come out pretty watery when I thaw it but I put it on paper towels to drain and it works pretty well.
I like to heat it in a pan with a wedge of Laughing Cow light herb and garlic cheese -- like an alfredo!
