I still can't understand why Disney would wait till their busiest time of the year to rehab one of their most popular rides. AND, the weather is crazy in Florida during the summer...hurricanes...3pm afternoon showers....who came up with this plan anyway![]()
A rehab that takes this long will always impact a busy season. Disney had to decide which busy season would be inconvenienced by the rehab and it looks like they chose summer over Christmas. I have no issue with the ride being down and refurbed if the end result is a better ride. I had to deal without SM and TTA on my May trip but it will be back up for my next one. I have checked my vital signs and it appears I will survive.
