Space 220 Lounge reservations.

However, we couldn't really determine if we Could order dessert when using the lounge menu. The server made it seem like it was part of the Prix fixe menu only even though they had individual prices. Oh well, we were not set on ordering dessert.

They released yesterday though end of March. So you’ll need to watch for cancellation at this point.

You can order drinks and nothing else at the lounge if you so choose. You can order desserts. Seems to be a la carte basically. I would suggest looking at the entire menu, not just what’s listed under lounge.

Space 220 restaurant reservations have consistently been available for 60 days out.

Until recently and for an unknown reason, Space 220 lounge reservations stopped at January 31. Then, yesterday (January 8) at about 5 AM, Disney made the lounge available all at once for February and into March, up to 60 days out.

One possibility is that they were considering ending reservations at the Space 220 lounge.

Another is that they were analyzing data from previous bookings to determine how long people were staying in the lounge. This analysis was then used to set a new booking schedule for the lounge. Remember, Space 220 is new while reservations at lounge are even newer. Although data from Oga's (another Disney bar with reservations) might have helped, those setting up the Space 220 lounge reservation schedule had to give it their best guess until they had data that was specific to Space 220.

Either of the above would have taken time to make a decision. Presumably, this had to wait for the first full week of January when everyone was back in the office.

Correct. My point is I am booked for March 20th now, so to me that’s “end” enough. Once it hits the 60+10 day for the date you want, it has been released to the end of March.

Is the 7th day completely booked for the lounge?

I have a lounge reservation for Feb 3rd at 6:45pm for 4 that I will give away. I'm putting it here rather than the main thread since I know so many on here have been disappointed. I will probably be letting one more go, either Feb 3rd at 8:45pm for 4, or Feb 2nd at 12:45pm for 4. Still trying to decide which of those days we want to do it as we try to secure our other top restaurants.

You have to count all in the table seating, for fire codes. So a baby or toddler will definitely need to be counted. You might need to do a table for 2 and 3. Or skip the lounge. You will need to eat at the restaurant

We had to cancel our lounge reservation last minute but wanted to try again on a different day. They told us they take more reservations at the door when they open at 11:30. We tried again today and they had restaurant reservations available but none for the lounge, but they do have a bar that seats 10 and is just for walk ups. We got there just after 11 today (they open at 11:30) and we were #5 and 6 in line, so we got in right at 11:30. You can order from either the lounge menu or the prix fixe menu at the bar, but they don't take names so you have to stand in the physical line. We stayed abourt 40 minutes and we were the last of our group of 10 to leave, so it seems to turnover fairly quickly. Maybe that info will help someone else who really wants to go.
