We were lucky enough to get some Space220 Lounge reservations. Do we have to order a la carte or can we order from the full menu? Thanks!

We were told by our server that if anyone wants to order the Prix fixe menu, the entire table would be required. If you are just looking for an item not on the lounge menu, I think you're able to, but some servers may respond differently.

We have a lunch lounge reservation for March :) I really want to try just the centauri burger (have no interest in any of the prix fixe apps), but I'll be okay with the sliders if they don't let me.

In the lounge, you will have the choice of ordering the pre-fixe meal and/or from the lounge menu.

Looking to see how ward to get reservation for Space 220? going April1-5. Thanks

Space 220 restaurant or lounge reservations are among the most difficult to get right now. It's new and lots want to try it.

If you are staying onsite, you probably won't be able to get a reservation until the tail end of your trip.

If you are staying offsite, the only way you'll get a reservation is by getting lucky with someone else's cancellation. Most cancellations are grabbed within seconds.

We'll be staying offsite in March, and I and was able to get a Space 220 lounge reservation late last week at 59 days out for the first day of our trip. Actually, there were multiple times available. I was surprised because the day earlier (60 days out) there was nothing for the entire trip.

My understanding (later) is that they released a bunch of lounge reservations covering several weeks that particular morning, and I was just lucky that I happened to be checking that morning. And I checked at 6:30 am, and there were many available. I think they all went away by 7:30 am.

My advice would be to keep checking (and set a TP alert)! They appear to be releasing these lounge reservations a bunch at a time. Who knows when they will open the early April reservations, but it could be as late as end of Feb/early March. So be on the lookout. (Note: this pertains to the lounge; I didn't see a bulk release for lunch/dinner.)

Also, it's likely that when the bulk reservations are released, some people will snag multiple but later cancel one or more. So I think, while difficult to get, it is not as impossible as you might otherwise think.

For those that have been, when ordering from the pre-fixe menu did you have to order the entire thing or can you get say just the burger and skip the app and dessert? There probably isn’t anything on the lounge menu my daughter will eat so just trying to figure if I should plan on just stopping in for a quick drink or if we will be able to make a meal work. TIA

If you choose to order from the fixed price menu, then you have to follow that menu, you can't just choose one course.
Any clue if they would allow my 11 year old to order the children’s fixed price or would she still have to order the adult meal? That’s why I opted for the lounge to begin with, she’s just wouldn’t like the adult options enough for that price.

I think she likely would be able to order off the kids' fixed price menu. I don't see anything on the menu that indicates an age limit, and I've heard of adults ordering off kids' menus in other Disney restaurants.

Generally for fixed price meals they will allow her to order the kids menu, but she would still be charged the adult price.

That’s my understanding too but wasn’t sure if the lounge would stick to that rule since the alternative is her ordering a $10 kids drink and nothing else lol. I’m fine either way honestly but would likely book somewhere for us to actually eat a meal for later if I would be paying $70 or whatever it is for her to eat chicken fingers. I would like to try the food but it’s not a deal breaker as long as we get to experience it…. Been following the space 220 thread and waiting since our 2019 trip we were hopeful it would be open for :rotfl:

My plan is to just ask them to take all the vegetables off the sliders if I can't just get the burger at the Lounge :P I feel like that plan might be good for your 11 year old, too. I bet we have similar palates, ha!
