Spa treatments (painted sky makeover / mani pedi)

How far in advance should you make an appt for a painted sky makeover? What about a mani / pedi (adults). Going in July if that matters

No reason to book this terribly far ahead. Figure out what your sightseeing schedule will be while at Aulani and then work the Spa into a resort day.

are there ANY pictures of what the Hawaiian dresses look like for Painted Sky? It seems that I can only find the same picture posted for every review of Painted Sky. Does anyone know if you can bring your own dress and just get the hair and makeup done?

A few years ago, my daughter turned 11 right at the beginning of our trip and was/is very tall for her age - couldn't tell if they'd even have a dress that would fit. I ended up just booking hair and nails. For her, the nails were more important than makeup. You might call and see if they still can do a l carte things? OT - she promptly messed up a nail about 5min after we walked out, and they were kind enough to fix it.
