Spa services at AKL

Has anyone used the spa services at AKL. If so how did you enjoy it and did you think it was worth the cost. Also is it something you can wait until your onsite to book?

I have had a few treatments at the AKL fitness center over the past 5 years or so and enjoyed them very much.
I had a body treatment that included a dry brushing (that HURT but did make my skin extremely soft), a facial and a couple of massages. My mom had a massage once and LOVED it.

I really like the little steam room. They use a really nice eucalyptus oil in there that makes it very nice. They also have a small sauna, showers and lockers.

I love being able to walk from my room and then walk back and shower in my own room without lugging a bunch of stuff with me. It's very relaxing

I have almost always made my reservations in advance but they have never been busy when I have been in there. Maybe once. They do tend to call people over from the CSR spa/fitness center, though, so walk-ups might not work. I would call as soon as you know you want to go. Good luck!
