Spa Hours of Operation

Does anyone know what the time slots are for booking spa treatments? I've checked Disney's site and it doesn't seem to mention it anywhere.

I want to try and figure out when to book the spa visits versus being at sea and our excursion times.

The spa is open basically every day from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (the health club is usually open longer). They don't do all treatments on all days and at all times...on port days there are more limited slots available than on sea days. It's pretty much impossible to try and figure it out in advance, you just have to show up on embarkation day when they start taking spa appointments and hope for the best.

WebmasterMichelle: Thanks for the info. I'm looking into the IonDeoxyRiboNucleicExpialidocious (whatever) treatment. Of course along with a couple of cabana massages and suriel bath.
