Souvenirs for Kitty and Pup

Hello all you Dis-ers out there. I am wondering what you have seen at the parks to take home for pets we have at home. Two Peaks and Kali are stuck with the house sitter while we head off for vacation nirvana...AKA...Disney World. When DD and I were there last fall I was disappointed in the selection of pet toys and such at the Disney shopping areas. What have you seen and where? Disney is really missing the boat not marketing to the Animal lovers. Who wouldn't like a doggie T-shirt with, " My family went to Disney and all I got was this shirt".

There are pet tag machines at Epcot . . . 1) across from the washrooms in the Land Pavilion enroute to Soarin and 2) after you disembark from Spaceship Earth in the science activity room just before you reach the gift shop. The only problem is that the engraving is not that durable . . . it often rubs off & becomes hard to read after a year of wear & tear. Don't think I would do it again.

I agree!! Will be there in November and would love to bring home presents for my fur babies, but remember from last time I was there that selection is extremely limited or no existent! Would love to see a Disney Pet Souvenir Shop open up at Downtown Disney!!

I really wish they had dog shirts! I looked all over the place for one last year, for my boy. No luck. He is a Hairless Chinese Crested and I have to keep a shirt on him all winter and even if he is in the sun, so he doesn't get sunburned.

Try an infants or small child t-shirt depending on dog size. I do that for my lil one.

That is a good idea that I've tried in the past, but I found that anything with sleeves doesn't fit him. Even dog shirts with sleeves. I have to buy him sleeveless dog shirts, and the openings need to be on the sides. He has a weird chest, like very broad and longish legs. Cannot get his legs in there. Lol

When I was in Hawaii they had Hawaiian dresses for cats and dogs. I still regret not buying one

I remember a while back we had bought my dog and bowl with they Disney dogs on it. We lost and it and had bought a second one and it was chewed up and I haven't seen them since. I keep hoping they will bring it back.

about 5 years ago I found a small, pink princess hat with Minnie ears and a chin strap at a store in Tomorrowland in MK. They were made for dogs/cats. I bought it for my cat and I cant believe I don't have a picture of it! It now sits on my vanity with all my make up products.
But I agree- would love to see more pet products there!

In DTD they sell indestructable snake squeaker toys for dogs. Our Chow-Chow loves hers, even almost a year later.

But I'll warn you now, when they say the squeakers are indestructable... they mean INDESTRUCTABLE!!!!

HAHA - I might have to buy one of those for my friend's dog. He's pretty much not allowed any toys because he rips them to shreds. Even the ones that are suppose to be indestructable.
