I am so frustrated right now, I started this process to purchase tickets this morning and am currently on hold with customer relations.
I was purchasing the released Dec. tickets and applying a credit by calling direct, gave them my debit card info to purchase and they say it's declined. Okay I still have the seats on hold I have no idea why it's declined and I hang up.
I check my acct and it says the debit is pending, I call chase and they tell me the funds are taken out it wasn't declined. So I call back they don't have a clue about any of it (basically a pretty snotty call) and give me a customer relations # to call.
I am assuming I have to go on good faith the funds will be left in my acct I am not sure how long this will take to resolve itself so that hopefully I can purchase tickets. I am sure I will not be able to hold this price which is totally frustrating.
