Southwest?

Ive never flown southwest before but have heard good things. I have also noticed the "gotta get away" option when it comes to booking. What is this? Is it for last min trips? Is it a stand by ticket? Is it something you can still buy If you have a tripped booked?

Essentially the biggest thing is that they aren't refundable. If you cancel you get credit. The great thing about SW compared to other airlines is you don't have to pay a change fee.
