My flights just dropped $10/ticket. Is it worth whatever I need to do to save $40? I am so afraid I will lose the flight in the price adjustment process.

Assuming this is not a DING price, it's really quite simple to change. Go to Travel Tools, select Change Air Reservation. You just enter your confirmation number and name, select which flights you wish to change. It will bring up availability and give you the new price, at which point you decide if you want to change or not, it isn't automatic, so no risk in looking.

Thanks that sounds easy enough. Will I get credit on my card or just future flight credit?

Nothing on my reservation was changing but they wouldn't give me the $$ just credit. That's fine though. Thanks for your help!

That happened to my sister. They told her the category changed...:confused3 whatever. At least you have an excuse to book another trip!:thumbsup2

how long are the credits for? We only fly every 3 years or so - how would that work?

They are only good for one year from your booking date. You can use them for anyone. If you have friends or relatives that are flying SWA they could use them and reimburse you.
