The fare for our departing flight has gone down in price. Would we be entitled to a refund of the difference if everything stays the same or would we only be entitled to ticketless travel funds. Any info would be appreciated

It depends on what type of fare you purchased. Usually the most expensive fares are totally refundable, but any type of discount usually makes the fare non-refundable.
If you call them at 1-800-IFLYSWA they'll tell you what type of fare you purchased and what you are eligible for- although their lowest fares are generally only available online.

I have gotten refunds on non-refundable flights of the price difference when booking Ding fares for the exact same flight on the exact same day.
Don't call the reservations number, they won't do anything. Call Customer Relations at 214-792-4223.
