Southwest Vouchers...i lost them :(

We received vouchers from southwest after our flight was delayed for 5 hours in Philadelphia. I already used 1 complete voucher and $44 on another (they were for $100 each). But now I can't find them Do they have a record of them or will they tell me too bad? I was hoping to use them towards our trip next April....i am so bummed, I looked everywhere!

You could call Southwest and ask them - customer service is open 24 hours a day.

I don't think they keep track of them. They MIGHT be able to look up the number of the one you partially used so you can use the rest of it.

Usually the terms on the back say that lost vochures can not be replaced. Do you still know or have the reservation number that you flew on when the vouchure was issued? That might have so info on it that SWA can look up your vouchure with.

Call Customer service. But I think you will be out of luck..
