Last month I applied and received the Southwest Rapid Rewards card with the 50,000 points after you spend $2,000. So, I charged our Annual Passes (exceeding the $2,000 required to spend before the points are awarded) and just got our first monthly statement and the points aren't there. I called customer service and was told it can take 4-6 weeks for the points to show up.
I am really anxious now as the spring fares are being released on 10/27 and I was hoping to book April flights with the points.
Any ideas on what I need to do to get the points into my account asap? Didn't get too far with the phone rep.
