Southwest site says they are booking up to March, but the dates are not up yet.

I am with you! I have been checking for the past 3 hours!!! Whats the deal?

IDK:confused3 The front page says it's available, but nothing comes up. You would think they'd put the dates in BEFORE announcing they are available.
Hopefully they come up soon!

MHT for January. I hope the schedule is better than it was during their last dates. The non-stop times were not good ones.

I see you are from Southern ME? Whereabouts? MIL lives in Acton.

I am looking for Presidents week from Buffalo! Trying to do better than JetBlues 1300 fare for DD and I!

SW rates are terrible from Boston and MHT!!!!! yikes! At is comparable when you factor in the luggage fee.
Are you buying or waiting?

I'm trying to book from Providence, and I agree, they're terrible. Does Southwest ever lower fares, or is this the lowest they will be? Right now, JetBlue out of Boston is much cheaper. I don't know if I should book JetBlue or wait to see if Southwest comes down.

our flights from buffalo are more then jetblue.. what to do??:rolleyes1

:banana::banana: It's open!!!! Just booked for 1/2 the price of what JetBlue wanted!!!! SOOOO GLAD I WAITED UNTIL THIS AM!!!

yuk!!

We booked because we refuse to fly out of Logan. Otherwise, we'd be on JetBlue.
The times from MHT to MCO were worse than last schedule, prices were marginal.
Our son will be driving us to MHT, so I am rationalizing that we aren't paying the parking. I wouldn't have him drive us to Logan because he's going to head back to college in ME after he drops us at MHT. Our middle son, who's a senior in HS will be picking us up after our trip. He's never driven in Boston alone, and Logan would definitely not be a good first time, lol.
It's just DH and I this trip, so the convenience of MHT is paramount with the kids transporting us. I also prefer the small size of MHT over Logan. (and it's only 45 minutes from our house-possibly 35 when the new exit ramp opens)

Oh well, now the next thing to worry about is snow! (no snow, no snow, no snow!!!) We have almost missed 2 vacations due to bad weather, and I'd prefer not to have that stress again:scared1:.

Good luck everyone!

Jet blue was cheaper for us out of Buffalo during March Break....
Not much cheaper, but enough. Glad we booked last week.

ETA: AIRTRAN fares are out too..... UP TO MARCH 9 ...And cheap.
I will not book with them again though...if I can help it.
Too many changes to the non stops out of Buffalo.
Don't like them.

A little disappointed with the price from MCO to St. Louis ($150 pp + EBC) but considering we are leaving on the Sunday of President's Day Weekend and it is a 5:15 departure (nonstop) it probably isn't a bad deal. With a plan to be in the parks that morning and two little kids, and a husband who will need to be at work on Monday morning, I didn't want to chance not getting that particular flight.

Like Sue, now I'm just praying for good weather for the flights. Here in St. Louis, you never know what you're going to get.

I'm also looking for MHT. Stupid site's not cooperating. I was able to look at the prices earlier but now I just keep getting that stupid oops! message. They really need to update their servers to be able to handle the onslaught of queries when they first open up booking windows.

That would drive me nuts!! Have you been able to get on? It's OK from here. If you can't get on and would like me to check something for you I will.

Thanks for the offer. I was able to get back on by 10am but by that time my flights were up over $200 one way per person which is way more than Jet Blue. Thank goodness I still have that option.
