If I booked a hotel (Marriott) through Priceline, can I still give them my SW rapid Rewards card and get the Rewards credit?

I just booked a hotel thru Priceline for a couple of nights and it ended up being a Marriott. My DH needs 4 RR credits - we have flights booked in April, so that will be 2, we've booked car (2 different sets of dates) through Budget so that will be 1, if we can get credit for the hotel thru PL, he'll have his 4.

Show your Rewards Card when you check in. They will add it to your reservation and you should receive the points.

Thanks. I didn't know if there was a requirement for paying at a certain rate (hotel site and expedia have hotel at $109/night, I paid $50 thru Priceline). If I can get SW RR credit it just makes the deal even better.

Actually, I will be very surprised if you can get credit for a priceline stay. Marriott does not normally give credit for miles on priceline stays according to the folks on Flyertalk.com However, it never hurts to try....

Official policy at all of the big hotel chains is that Priceline or Hotwire stays do not count toward any kind of hotel chain or airline reward program. However, individual clerks sometimes ignore that and ask for your reward numbers anyway.

I've never had the miles audited off when I've gotten them. Just go ahead and hand them your card; the worst they can do is say no.
