Southwest Reward program ?

So my dh booked the airline tickets for the family and he has a membership number, but only one of the 4 four tickets show up in his account. I tried to go and add his number but it won't let me. I know he probably needs to call, but was wondering if anyone with Southwest experience has any ideas? Maybe everyone in the family needs their own number? Thanks in advance!

Yes everyone needs there own number.
