Southwest release time of day

I know how to find the release date for Southwest flights and I understand the date is subject to change. Does anyone know what time of day they release the flights? Is it midnight or sometime in the morning? Thanks for any help!

It's usually shortly after 6:00 AM eastern time. I make sure I'm logged in, ready to book at 6am and just keep refreshing every minute or so until the dates come up. The schedule should go live sometime between 6:00am and 6:30am. When I made reservations back in February (on the release day) I was able to book my flights at 6:15am.
