We had tix this morn to depart NY and arrive in Orlando; based on the hurricane, we made a last second decision to go at another time, hopefully Oct...below is from SW site...my question is-- we have intenet special tix which are considered 'non-refundable' - i wondered if a refund was provided below based on the hurricane cirucmstances (wondered if weather notice superceded normal non-refundable policy) or if we can only receive a credit for a future flight?
if we get a credit, does it need to be used within a certain timeframe and can the credit be applied when booking another flight online?
very depressing day for my family but more of a major concern is for those in the path of the hurricane and we hope everyone comes out safe...
thanks.
