Southwest Rapid Rewards?

Hi. I had a question for the RR experts. I bought a ticket using points about a month ago. The price has since dropped and I have gotten a credit for the difference in points. My question is: do those returned points have an expiration date on them? If so do you need to have traveled before the expiration date or just reserve another flight by then? Thanks for your help!!

That is so cool that SW crdited points back to you. Its reasons like that, that make me love this company.

From everything I have heard and read, points do not expire. As long as you keep your account active.

Unless they are old points from before they changed their program. If they are, you can click on something that says "what happened to my old points?" (or close to that), and you can see an expiration date.
