Southwest not pulling up reservations

For the past 2 days I keep getting unable to pull up future travel, anyone else have the same issue?

Same here. I was on hold for 20 minutes today before I gave up. I have a flight in a week and I need the confirmation #.

Just to update. I was able to get in and look up future travel this morning.

We were talking with a SW representative today trying to use rapid rewards and he said the system will be undergoing changes for the next few days and to try back again soon to get into your account information.
