Southwest HELP! Cancelled Flight, Re-Booked Flight $$ Question.

Hi all! I have:

1- Cancelled a flight

AND

2- Re-Booked a cheaper flight

so supposedly I have $$ floating around my SWA account, but I don't know how much. How does one retrieve this information and put it towards future flights?

All you need is your confirmation number from the flight that you cancelled and a passenger name. Enter that information here

It will also tell you when those funds expire.

When you want to purchase new flights, there is box to enter in the confirmation number and passenger name from the ticketless travel funds.

When you go to use it on a future flight (one year from time of original booking) you use the confirmation number from the flight the funds are from. When you book there is a place for putting in that confirmation number. I want to say it's called "apply travel funds" or something along those lines.

As for how much? I've just always known just by subtracting from what I originally paid the current amount.
