I realize this has probably been asked before, and I have read several past posts in information about this option, but I still am not clear about all of it. We are staying at BWV and are flying Southwest with EarlyBird Checkin. My question are the following...

1. Do I have to print boarding passes before I get to the airport?
If not, how will I obtain them?
2. When leaving to come home our flight is at 8am. I do not have access to
a smartphone, since I have already purchased the EBCI will the resort have
my boarding passes on the day of departure?
If not, how and where will I get them?

Thanks for any responses.

No. You can get them printed at the airport With EBCI, your boarding group is assigned 36 hours prior to departure. You will get that group no matter when the actual boarding pass is printed.

Again, you can either print your boarding pass at the airport or you can have the RAC desk print them for you at the BWV when you give them your luggage (assuming you will have bags to check). for the BWV, the RAC desk is the right when you leave the entrance - opposite side of the doorway from the valet desk. Again, your boarding group will be assigned at the 36 hour mark with EBCI,so there is no need for you to worry about checking in. It's what makes EBCI really worth it (at least for the trip home) IMO.

P.S. I think the RAC opens at 5 am at the BWV. IIRC, you need to give them your luggage at least 3 hours ahead of time. You MIGHT get a printed boarding pass on your door knob, but don't count on it.

If RAC doesn't open that early or you don't want to get up that early, you'll have to take all your luggage on the ME bus with you. But still no worries about your boarding pass since you can always just do that at the airport. You'll have plenty of time.

If the OP's flight departs at 8am, there is no way they are going to be able to use RAC. But, the front desk can print out the boarding passes, or they can just wait until they get to the airport. Since there is no need to checkin, at that 24hr mark, there is no need to worry about being close to a computer. Just do it when you get to MCO.
