Southwest dollers - phew!

Well, I had $100 in Southwest credits from last April that I had to use up pretty quick. So we booked some cheap tickets to visit my folks, and then was asked the account number linked to the credit. Turns out, we needed our confirmation number from the flight we booked (and took) last year! Yikes!
Luckily, I am an obsessive DIS-planner, so I opened up my spreadsheet from that trip, and there were ALL my confirmation numbers, including flight, hotel and ADR's.
I never dreamed I would need a flight confirmation number many months after the trip was taken. Just thought I'd post in case anyone else's airfares go down and they end up with a credit!

Glad you had it!

And yep, the cancellation number hooked up with the credit is the same as the confirmation number of the original flight. So really they needed that number...though of course they are the same.
