Southwest DING specials question

I have been watching the DING specials for about a month. Are they always for travel in the upcoming month only? All the ones I have seen you buy the special, but have to fly within 2 weeks to 30 days.

That's pretty much what the Ding specials have been lately.....very short term. When Ding first came out the specials were longer range, but, SW has since changed that.

They seem to be very specific also lately, for only certain days of the week. I remember them being much more general before and alot more availability. I think it is getting harder to get a bargain!!
