Southwest Ding Finally Working

I downloaded this program the first day it came out.I was never able to use it and book anything because all I got the flagman stating I need to download Ding. I REPEATED downloading this a couple of times to no further avail.I then called my Internet provider,check my firewall setting and SW.All said it was not their settings causing problem . Last night at 10:30 SW called, a follow up froma tech call last Sat.She asked me what version of Norton Internet Security I had? It was at this point they said it was not my Firewall settings,but my Privacy Control settings They led me step by step and after a little more tinkering today it is finally working Just thought I would pass it of if others are having this problem..

Can you either tell me what you did or who/where to call at Southwest to get someone to help? I can't get it to work and I have reinstalled it several times also. Thanks!

Yes,I hope to see if I can.Mine was related to having Norton Internet Security installed on my computer.If you have that than I can tell you what I was told.It was different if you have Norton 2004 or 2003 Norton Personal Firewall..Norton called it passing "referrer information"(RI).This allows Norton to pass RI to a specific web page..in this casde SW Ding.
