Just booked flights from NC to Orlando for Sept for $49.00 each way on southwest- I have been trying to change my flights that were orignally booked at $79.00 each way and I hit the jackpot today- Got a credit back of $240.00- will be great to use towards another trip :cool1:

Check it out! You might get lucky too.....:cheer2:

I saw that too, I hope we can fly out of RDU with those rates for our trip.

I hear SW is coming to Charlotte, but don't know when.

Sometimes though it seems better to drive.....to have a car with us when we get there and because by the time we travel to and from the airport and wait, etc....it isn't that much longer of a time to just drive.

we were able to get credit on flight down to FL, 118 to 79 x5 of us...200 credit! Flight coming back didn't change.

Yep. :) Got our flights down for 49 on Sunday, but for the time I wanted to fly back, the $79 stayed the best deal. But, hey, still saved us over the $109 they originally had!
