This is a pretty outstanding deal... you can fly from Long Island to Baltimore for 34.00 each way... You could fly it in one day & then use the free ticket to fly anywhere....

Well from what I was told, if you received the promo in the mail, then you are eligible. There are 5 of us and we are all RR members but the rep said only DH gets the promo because the postcard came in his name.

So the offer is not as great as it seems unless you fly solo. Bummer! We already booked our May flights anyway but I was contemplating cancelling them and rebooking to get the free tickets. Now I won't bother I guess.

theres a ding to orlando for $51 so if i go to orlando i'll get the free flight but
what im wondering is does the free flight have to be the same price or lower price?

I just called and was told it was only for the person who got the offer. When I mentioned what it said on the website, the customer service could not find it as he does not have a live web connection. He told me to call the Rapid Rewards dept tomorrow, which I will do. I have tickets already booked for LV that I can cancel & rebook. Then we can get a round trip ticket for Salt Lake City for Sept.

I couldn't find any rules or restrictions anywhere, it's all pretty vague.

In my home we each (ME,DH,DS,DD) got a card. I booked us for BWI May13-14. I just called SWA to find out how to go about redeeming this offer and they had no idea. My husband just left for McArthur to see if they could help him there (its only 15 min away from us). I'll let you know what he finds out. The post card was definetely very vague. It would be awesome if we get flights for our Aug trip for free.

My husband just left McArthur. Talk about confusing. Apparently a lot of people have been dropping by the airport to see what the deal is. They gave him the following # to call

I just called them. They told me once my trip has been completed they will credit me for the free trip on my rapid rewards and then i can book my next trip for free. This is all very confusing and there are no codes, you just have to book under rapid rewards. I think its going to take a lot of work to get this free trip!
