the postcard is the incentive... my dad got the pc, he is not a rr member and he has only flown southwest once or twice, the last time being at least 3 or 4 years ago...

I got the email postcard. Our last Southwest flights were in Nov 04, March 05, Oct 05, Nov 05. We have another one booked for March. I dont think they are trying to get me to use them.

However, DH did not get a postcard.

I called RR and asked about the promotion and the woman tried to send me the email, but she couldn't because I was already an RR member! She said it was incentive for people to sign up for RR. Maybe I should call again?

Three of us in the household are rr members and all 3 of us got a postcard. My younger son is not a RR member and he did not get a postcard
