Southwest Credit

I am "almost" sure that I have a small credit with Southwest. Can I find out on the website or do I have to call?

You can find out on the website by selecting a flight. There's a place when you move forward towards payment to put in your confirmation code from the credited flight. It will tell you how much you have towards another flight.

You don't have to pretend to book a flight to find out how much you have left in travel funds with SW. Just click on the Travel Tools drop down box in the upper right hand corner of their homepage and select Travel Fund Balance.
