I booked flights for our Nov trip in May and the price dropped $150 :yay: since then. So I re-booked at the lower price and now I have a credit with SW. I tried to figure out SW's policy on the credit and even emailed them but I just don't fully understand :confused3 if I have to use the credit to buy and fly before the credit expiration date or just buy before the expiration date and fly after the expiration date.

Anyone experienced with SW know how this works?

Thanks!

You have to fly by the expiration date.
