Southwest Credit and rebooking help needed

So i booked one way during March break on day one release, higher than expected but thought it would be lowest on day 1. I was wrong, it went down, 2 weeks later so i used the credit already and applied it to my return flight. the original flight dropped again and now i have a credit of $60 USD( im Canadian so more like $90) additional credit.

I want to change my return flight, which i already applied a 90 credit, but i am changing to a day later and the flight is more. I tried to change that flight to the next day at higher price and apply the additioanl creidt but it says i already used that Confr# credit? Am i out of luck or is there a way.

any expert advice appreciated
 
Yes it's the same confirmation # it took it the first time and the 3nd time when I applied the same confirmation with the additional credit it says I already used that amount ? Tried it over several days and won't take it" unexpected error "
 

Call SWA. They are extremely helpful
Found them to be very HELPFUL when there were 2 point drops for ticket purchased on points.:thumbsup2 Let the Customer Service folks handle it which they did expeditiously! NO CHARGE for doing ticketing over phone like other airlines!:goodvibes
