For our May Disney trip I have tickets on Southwest for five of us flying out of MHT and returning to MHT all on one reservation number.

It is now looking like one of the five of us may need to fly to ATL at the end of the trip instead of MHT.

How do I change the return flight for just one person without changing everyone else?

I can't seem to do this online. Do I have to call? Can I even do this?

Thanks!

When you pull up your reservation does it list all 5 individuals traveling? There should be a check box to the left of each name on the reservation and you can select just one to be changed.

You may have to cancel everything and rebook separately (check that the prices are the same). I believe you'll also lose the Early Bird $$ if you purchased it and have to pay for it again. They may be able to do it a bit easier over the phone though..

I called SW about this type of situation on Friday. I was told that even if I booked all 4 reservations at one that I could change just one.

Other situations I asked about was if I had credit for part of the flight and had to cancel would the part I paid cash for have credit to use by same as other credit or 1 year from purchase. The prior credit and the part I paid cash for would have to be used use by the same date as the prior credit.
So I booked 2 of our flights that had credit coming separately than the two passengers that had no prior credit. I had to book the credit passengers one at a time as we could only use so many forms of payment per transaction and we both had 2 credits plus a cash to pay.

So in your situation the Atlantic passenger should be able to take a different flight without changing everyone. You could call Sw and have them help you as you book online

Unfortunately there isn't any check boxes next to the names. I can see all of the five names and I can change the trip for everyone but it isn't giving me the option to change it for just one person.

I guess I'll have to call if we need to do this.

Thank you. I guess I will need to call.
