Southwest Black Friday deals with points?

We’re looking at taking a trip in mid-December this year, and had the thought that Southwest will likely have Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals.

We have a ton of points though, so I want to book with points. If they have deals this week, are they likely to have points deals as well? I’m concerned they’ll discount cash flights but not points flights.

The cost in points for a flight on Southwest is directly linked to the cash price. So if the cash price goes down the number of points needed for the flight will also drop.
