Southwest and ME?

So sorry... I'm sure this has been asked before, but the search function didn't help me find all I needed.

I haven't flown to WDW since ME started. Now that I've booked I see that SW is not a participating airline. But I can still use ME, right? I have existing ressies, so now how do I notify Disney that I would like to use the ME service? Call or online? Also, how do I get from the SW gate to the ME bus? I'm sure I have other questions, but appreciate help with these. TIA

Participating airline only refers to the return trip from your wdw resort to the airport. Anyone can use ME r/t if your staying in a WDW resort. You can go online and pull up your reservation to add ME or call the reservation center. You must have a reservation to ride DME even though its free.
