Hi I just returned from a business trip to Indianapolis I know not Disney but I wanted to comment on the Southwest flight I took. Ok here goes the flight was from Detroit to Chicago Midtown not Ohare (sp) small little airport Midtown is. From there to Indy the flights were short and very uneventful except for the flight staff I found them to be just great they always seemed to be trying to make you laugh or smile it was a very relaxed atmosphere I liked that. You can also tell by the uniforms they were wearing shorts and golf shirts with running shoes not all dressed up like most carriers staff. Ok downfall no meals but the price was good 228 US tax in if I had booked 3 days earlier it would have been 124 return so half the price. I found the 737 to be quite small inside but the flight down was at 6:30 AM so not many people on board but on the way home it was like I was one of the sardines stuck in the can. Our flight home was not so good stuck in Chicago for over 3 hours due to weather no the fault of the airline. It was quite bumpy on the way back so the pilot climbed to a higher altitude to try and make it a more comfortable trip but it just seemed the storm was one step ahead of us as we got higher so to did the clouds. I just told everyone around me that was getting upset to pretend we were on the Tower of Terror some people laughed some people said what is that and the others said I hate that ride oh well can't win em all. So in all the flight was bumpy but the flight staff did everything they could to make the best of the situation. I would highly reccomend them to everyone I still prefer Northwest out of Detroit but I like the fact that with Soutwest you can pack your own food to eat on the plane so if the food is bad you realy have no one to blame but yourself hehehe.
