I bought my airline tickets for our trip about 6 weeks ago and notice that the cost is about $200 less than what we paid for the same exact flights. If I were to contact them, would they give me a refund or credit for the difference?

You will receive a credit that is good for a year from the date of original purchase You don't even need to make a call. You can make all of your changes right on the website.

Just go to southwest.com. Click on Travel Tools, then Change Air Reservation. Enter your confirmation number and passenger name. If you are keeping the same flight number, just choose that one. When you are all done, you see that you have "ticketless travel funds"

Thanks!!!!!

I just did it, kept the same exact flights and have a $204 credit towards future use. We are seriously thinking of going back in February depending on if Disney is offering any deals, so this gives us a headstart!

This is why we always fly SW!!:thumbsup2 We saved enough from our trip this summer by rebooking at lower fares to fly my son to see his grandparents this summer!
