Southwest Airlines/Credit?

Anyone know, are credits with Southwest transferrable and when booking online, before payment is there a place to enter the credit? I presume you'd have to sign in to your Rapid Rewards acct?

I booked Tickets to california last month and cancelled them all. We now have a credits and they are tied to their original booking now. We now use the credits to fly hubby home. Not sure where he enters the information, but he uses the confirmation code from that reservation to utilize the credits.

Frequent flyer credits are similar--he doesn't have to use them on himself--he can book them for other people.

If you are talking about a different type of credit--I have no idea. But the above two are very much transferrable in that they can be used for other people.

We have 2 sets of credits..one are ours and the other our daughters..wanted to use ours first for her as well as hers expire later. So tks for the transferring answer!
