Southwest Airline - 911 fee when buying with points - Refundable?

I tried to find this and couldn't. Is the Southwest Airline 911 fee refundable or transferable when buying with points?
I made several reservations with Southwest Airlines and paid 2 different $20 fees with my credit card and now I have to change some and cancel some flights. How is the 911 fee handled.

It is refundable if you booked on points. However, you must actually specify that you want it refunded because the default setting is for it to be issued as a credit.

Great! So, it will be refunded back to my Southwest card since I paid it that way. Thank you for your quick response
