Just a heads up to everyone that most likely next week the Chase Southwest credit cards that currently are offering 50,000 miles after spending $2,000 in 3 months with a $99 annual fee will be ending.
They will probably be going to back to their normal 25,000 mile sign up bonuses.
In addition to that on March 31st the Rapid Rewards devaluation will take effect meaning that instead of 60 miles per $1 of a fare it'll be going up to 70 miles per $1 of a fare.
Currently a $200 fare will need 12,000 miles to redeem for free but after March 31st that same $200 fare will cost 14,000 miles to redeem.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news - but now is the time to get in on the Southwest deals!
