Southern Elegance Towncars?

Just checking to see if anyone's had good / bad experiences with them. About to book towncar for a trip in a few weeks and trying to decide between SE and FL Tours.

I've used a few towncar companies and southern elegance is my favourite. They responded to e-mails quickly and in a proffesional manner, the drivers were there waiting for us, we received help with our (super heavy) luggage, there was a free grocery stop, and the drivers were friendly and helpful. We even got upgraded to a stretch limo on the way back to the airport. I'll be using them again for my trip next week

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! They are the only company I've used, and just one time, but I am hard put to think of how any other company could've been better (I'm sure some are just as good, though). What particularly impressed me was the pre-trip contact, done through e-mail and very quick, friendly, and professional. When my reservation confirmation got caught in my spam filter and they hadn't heard back from me, they actually called very politely to check to see if I still wanted the reservation; w/o that call, I wouldn't have known and the reservation would've been lost. This was last March; at that time, only one or two others here had used SE, but since then a number of folks have and I haven't read a single complaint.

i have used SE two times- first time booked a limo and this went flawless- second time a towncar and was also upgraded to limo on way home

george was our driver both times- and was exceptional!

i have nothing but great things to say about this company- will be using them again next year for our WDW cruise

Ok, I finally did it. Based on all the great things I have read on these boards, I booked with Southern Elegance. In all our trips I've never used anyone else except Tiffany so it will be interesting to try someone else. Thanks for all the great reviews!

Well, I just sent in a reservation request for Southern Elegance for our Thanksgiving trip. There are so many limo services to choose from, but I read a lot of good things about this company. Bratray has posted on a few threads that George runs a great company, so I'm willing to give them a try.
