Just wanted to let you know we used Southern Elegance for our recent cruise (9/26, which actually departed 9/27) and loved their service! We used them 4 times (from airport to WDW, from WDW to Port Canaveral, from PC to WDW, and from WDW to airport) and had to make some last minute changes due to Hurricane Jeanne.

Adam went above and beyond to find a driver and get us where we needed to be. And on the last leg of the trip, the driver picked us up in a stretch limo! I can't say enough great things about this company. I think you'll be happy with their service.

We just returned from the November 13, 7 day Eastern cruise and wanted to report on our experience with Southern Elegance Limousines.

We (DW and I) did a transfer from WDW to PC then from PC to MCO. Leonard was our driver and I'm happy to report that we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service we received.

Leonard was waiting for us at both pickup locations at the time we requested. I consider timeliness when using a limo service to be to most critical factor. I give Leonard an A+ grade for being on time.

We found him to be very cordial and professional. At the first pickup he introduced himself then promptly stowed all five pieces of our luggage and we were quickly on our way. Once underway he informed us of the time enroute. At PC he took an imprint of our credit card, unloaded luggage and confirmed our pickup time for the following Saturday. We experienced the same quality service when he picked us up at PC for our transfer to MCO. Arriving at MCO he obtained a luggage cart to facilitate the process of delivering our bags to TSA for scanning. I give Leonard an A+ for being cordial and professional.

We requested a Towncar and the car used was in excellent condition. It was clean inside and out. As a bonus they use an extended wheelbase car giving me an extra 8 to 10" of legroom in the back seat. This was not a stretch limo but a slightly longer version of the Towncar. It would be tough to notice this from the outside but from the inside it was immediately obvious. I give Southern Elegance an A+ for the quality of their vehicle.

Knowing I can depend on this company and their driver to manage our transfers in this manner leaves me with one less detail to worry about. Thank you Leonard and Southern Elegance for the great service. I look forward to working with you both again in May 2005, when we sail on the 14 day westbound repositioning cruise.

I just wanted to add that we just returned from the Halloween Magic cruise on 11/6/04 and Mike was our driver. The most important note is that we were a large group of 9. He picked us up in a shuttle type van, handeled ALL our luggage and was to mos polite person we have encountered. We had used Tiffany in the past, but they could not handle a large group. I must say that as much as I liked Tiffany, I am sold on Southern Elegance. In face we already booked our next trip in January with them. I did call the office and passed on my feelings. I was asked to postit on Limos.com. Maybe you would want to do that also.

Sorry, but they don't get my business. They put a banner on their website claiming they were Voted #1 on the DIS Boards.... If you have to resort to deceptive adverstising I won't use you.

Also, you should consider that the boards are free due to sponsorships. Using the sponsors encourages them to continue to keep the boards free.

i truely believe SE wasn't trying to be deceptive...there was a small poll at one time with maybe 10 people total voting and SE came in first...so i belive they based being #1 on this

do a search on the boards pertaining to SE, you will see nothing but good comments

IMHO they are a fantastic car service

Hi,
we used them in Oct. and we loved George our driver. The service was the best and the Limo was awesome. We are going back to Orlando next Dec. and they will be who we use to get frome Airport to Hotel..Hotel to airport. Great Great service.........
