Southern California/Backstage Magic in August - 60th Anniversary

Just asking for opinions...Do you think that the Southern California/Backstage Magic ABD will have special events, etc. related to the Disneyland 60th Anniversary Celebration? I am planning on doing this in August.

Supposedly there will be an announcement the end of the month announcing some of the anniversary plans for the year. We are going in Oct. I hope whatever they do it continues all year!

It's my understanding that the 60th anniversary kick off is in May 2015.

The DIS and Dreams Unlimited Travel have an exclusive Adventure that will place us in the Magic Kingdom on 7/17/2015.

I believe there will be a year long celebration.
