Southern California Annual Passport ?

Can you buy a Southern Calif. Annual Passport and then buy the 2-day park hoppers for $69 (adults) and $49 (kids)? We are going in June for 2 days and if we could do this, it would cost less than buying four 2-day park hopper passes.

You can only buy the SoCal passports if you live in certain zip codes. I believe you have to present your DL when you get your pic taken for the passports at the park.
